In August 1995, Noel Owens formed YEL and it has expanded year on year. He put in place an ethos of continually improving within the company, this was achieved by improving the facilities, quality systems, employees and their specific skill set.

This ethos has been carried on today by Damien and Justin Owens who with the same team maintain the following three core aims:
- Customer Satisfaction – by consistently delivering on; quality, cost effectiveness and delivery times.
- Customer Value – by being small enough to care about a small fabrication project to larger projects such as production machinery relocations.
- Continuous Improvement – YEL carries out many different projects which range from; production plant installations, to full plant decommissioning. Each project will have the appropriate management system put in place to ensure clients project specifications are achieved.
Many of our employees have been with the company a number of years. YEL is truly a “family affair”. Ask any of our loyal staff, and they will state the same.
