Krauss Maffei upgrade works
YEL were asked to carry out upgrade works to this injection moulding machine. Our customer required the upgrade as the machine was currently in production on general moulding, and was to be installed in a new clean-room.
All works took place in YEL premises and the use of a sub contractor to carryout the re-spray of the machine.
5s Stainless steel parts storage cabinet
Stainless steel and white acetol 5s parts storage cabinet for a pharmaceutical customer. The cabinet is used for storage of various parts of a printing process when a different size tablet is running in production.
All works on the cabinet were completed in-house at YEL from fabrication to CNC machining of all parts.
Stainless Steel Conveyor
Stainless steel conveyor for a pharmaceutical customer. The Conveyor has a height adjustment built into each leg for two different processes. The bag sealer on top moves up and down with conveyor for each process
Injection Moulding machine
Installation and mechanical works
Existing customer required a complete installation of 420 Engel injection moulding machine. The mechanical works consisted of an ABS water line and a material feed system from the silo to the machine. All works carried out on this project were done by YEL.
Nypro Healthcare
We were contacted by an existing customer to come up with a storage solution for bags, for each individual’s personnel production garb.
Procap
Procap contacted YEL in assisting them in installing a new 20ton Engel injection moulding machine and de-commissioning three 5 ton injection moulding machines.
Forest Labs
Forest Laboratories are a regular customer with YEL and asked us to design and manufacture a particular type of stainless steel solution vessel.
