QUALITY

It is the established policy of YEL to provide its Clients with products and services, which comply with agreed requirements, and to enlist the support of staff and subcontractors to achieve such conditions.

YEL is committed to the following:

    • The continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
    • Client satisfaction.
    • Ensuring that YEL personnel are informed of the company’s IMS and their responsibilities to these systems.

YEL achieves these objectives by the operation and maintenance of an Integrated Quality, Health Safety and Environmental Management System [IMS] which complies with the requirements of the following;

ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007.

The Company sets specific quality objectives and targets on a monthly basis to aid the continual improvement of our IMS and to reach specific project targets. These quality objectives and targets are established and reviewed at Management Review Meetings. YEL encourages all staff and subcontractors to assist whenever and wherever practicable in setting and achieving these objectives.

All staff are inducted in the IMS upon joining the Company and all subcontractors are advised of the Company’s quality requirements prior to their services being contracted.

To ensure that the above objectives are met, the Managing Director and Quality Manager are committed to playing an active role in the implementation of the Quality Policy and undertake to review and revise it in the light of experience and developments.

For the system to be effective it requires the commitment of all personnel. All staff are reminded, therefore that compliance to the requirements of the IMS is compulsory.

Questions relating to the Quality elements of the IMS should be addressed initially to the IMS Manager.
